1. Agreement

By accessing PurePath Oratory, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account and promptly notifying us of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 16 years old.

3. Content and IP

All content, including curricula, templates, and recordings, is owned by PurePath Oratory or its licensors. Licenses are non-transferable and for personal or organizational use as specified.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Refunds follow the policy in the FAQ and course checkout terms.

5. Cancellations and rescheduling

Cohorts and workshops may be rescheduled with at least 14 days’ notice. 1:1 sessions require 48 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiture.

6. Acceptable use

• No unauthorized sharing, recording, or redistribution of materials.
• No misuse of communication tools for harassment or spam.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Disclaimers

We provide educational services “as is.” We do not guarantee specific business, financial, or career outcomes. Your results depend on your actions and context.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PurePath Oratory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding the event.

9. Changes to services

We may update content, features, or availability. When material changes occur, we will provide reasonable notice.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of laws principles.
